About Ben
Ben Feinblum is a student at the Georgia Institute of Technology's Scheller School of Business, who lives his passion for innovation, exploration, and entrepreneurship. He serves on both Social and Rush committees as a member of Alpha Epsilon Pi fraternity, and manages the logistics of the 400+ member Ski and Snowboard Club at GT.
He serves as CEO of Ben Feinblum Media, a digital media business that encompasses aerial videography, photography, 3D printing, web design, and branding. Ben delivers bespoke and engaging content for dozens of small businesses, professionals, families, and non-profits. His photography work garners over one million views annually and is used in various print and digital advertisements across the Northeast.
This past spring, Ben served as College Thread's newest Atlanta representative, responsible for sale of college merchandise to all of Georgia Tech’s Greek life, club sports, and student organizations. As the sole representative to the Midtown Atlanta area, Ben is further tasked with expanding company’s retail business initiatives.
As the first-ever junior to serve as president of his large and diverse high school, Ben advocated for students' rights, capital improvement projects, expanded access to bathroom and parking facilities, and improved student safety.
He wrote for the Huguenot Herald, served as VP and Head Photographer for Sports Central, and worked as an Ignite student mentor for incoming freshmen, all while taking numerous dual-enrollment and Advanced Placement courses, placing in the top 1% on the SAT, and maintaining a 102 GPA. He is the recipient of numerous honors, including the AP Scholar with Distinction Award and a Letter of Commendation from the National Merit Scholarship Program.
Ben has volunteered for numerous local organizations, including the Westchester Jewish Coalition for Immigration, the Paine to Pain Half-Marathon, and Sarah Neuman Nursing Home, and is in his third year of service as a community moderator for Nextdoor, monitoring member posts and adjudicating disputes for the hyperlocal social media platform.
The past three summers, Ben worked as a beach lifeguard, camp counselor, and boat driver at Westchester Summer Day, teaching young campers how to waterski, all while interning for Untapped New York as a writer of cultural and historical pieces.
An avid traveler in his free time, you can find Ben skiing the most daunting mountains in the winter and touring the natural and historic wonders of the US, and beyond in the summer.
